how is the extension ? extension has been done. Drop by to the playground area while you are walking your dog or sumthing. Notice the the darker color on the top of the wall and that much is being extended.
effective ? well... intention to raise the height of the wall is to prevent outsider to climb in. About the effectiveness... we have stop them from climbing in and this is great. And now we are thinking are we gonna raise the height of the wall some more if they use a ladder or what?
how much $ spend ? they in the committee told me months ago but i forget how much. Around rm3k like that. Let me comfirm on this.
