Our president Mr. Halim has decided to waive the February maintenance fee after enormous resident support especially from december 2008 to january 2009 maintenance fees collected. Our agenda for this month is to further reduce the maintenance fee to ease the burden among lower income resident and improve the quality of service.
New cost of Maintenance Fee for March 2009 will be post after the final meeting on this coming Tuesday so stay tune.
Announcement on the reduction will be announce at the Chinese New Year gathering 15/02/2009.

Btw, our security guard have been changed? i found that they allow outsider drive in without request license.. That time i sit my friend's car, they just let us go in without request license..
For the benefit of everyone, we have to be more specify when leaving a comment. It will be easlier job for the anyone who track if we can state the date and time of the occcuring.
For eg. if we leave a remark of the security guard not doing properly without stating the date/time, how to identify which guard is at fault. i m sure some guards are doing very good job to maintain our property peace. Tq

we always having problem wt the guards. if we manage to settle the problem wt the guards, problem wt the guards company. that is y change the guards eveli now n then. But dun worry Jenny, Jalal, Ganesan $ Uncle Samuel is working close wt this new guard company.

i suggest that those who are living at corner lot not to park at the edge of the corner because it poses danger as the road became narrowed as when there are two cars comes in & out at the same time.
Hi how about upgrading our card system.Everyday I make alot of trips in and out of my home, I felt indeed is a nuisance. Particularily sometimes raining as well. any thought of changing to smart tag system???

I'm staying along Jln Saujana 5.
First of all, thank you to the people in the committee who had been taking care of the needs of Ampang Saujana residents. Some of the road have been tarred. There's a covering at the guard house so that we don't get wet. And etc..
I also have a complain about the current Security Guards. Actually one of them, the young guy with a dyed hair. If you notice, he's always sitting inside the guard house. One evening when I came home, I didn't see anyone inside but then I peeped inside thru the opened door and I saw this fella sitting down, watching TV on a 14' television. That was not the 1st time I saw him stting down inside, in fact I saw him doing that a few times.
There was also a time when my friends came and I knew this same guy was at the guard house, so I asked them "did they ask for your license?" My friend said, "No, we just tell them Jln 5 and they let us in".
Is there someone in the committee that we can email our complanins to?

yes, i noticed my frens now can come in easier by just mentioning which road n house. No licence required. I am okay with it on condition that CCTV is recording it with clear pictures n sound, with backups.
I've seen condo security cam managing glass door entrance without guards. You ring the bell, lift up IC to the camera on top of you and speak up which unit you are going. You will be granted access after that.

few of my frens come to my house last week. The guard ask for their driving license. It's good.
I believe some guarda are doing good job. But some of them may need improvement. The security of Ampang Saujana is mostly depends on their quality.
