I would like to suggest to built an awning on top of the card reader machine as we wont get wet during raining time. Regards.

quite agreeable on it. another thing, pls ensure ALL resident touch thier card even riding a m-cycle.no double standard allowed.i notice this incident few times and inform the unfriendly guards!!!

pls use a proper name n unit number da next time u leave a comment. it is useful to identify who is outsider n who is "us".
abt da awning....we discuss on it few months back n the reason it is still pending is due to lack of fund. i mean we do save a lil money but we need to alocated the hard saved money wisely so dat much needed project need to be done first.
abt da guards da committee has given stern warning to improve the level of service n curently for first 2 months we r monitoring them.
unfriendly guards? pls let us know your name n unit number so dat we can have a 3 party discussion wt da guards.
sometime i 2 notice thier so call strictness n not unfriendlyness only towards arogant visitor. n dat is wat committee requested dem to do juz to ensure all visitor is registered.
