What Happening..NEW (updated)

Watchman Clock
There are complains saying that, the guard do not go round our area often. So the committee has set up 6 watchman clocks and they are required to clock every 2 hours. The committee is monitoring the guard clocking time weekly.

Procedure for Security Guard
Also there are complains saying that, guests and contractors without card are allowed to enter to our area easily. With this, the committee has come out with a procedure and template for the security guards to follow. This is to ensure all necessary guest information are been capture for security purpose.

Maintenance

Maintenance of RM40 monthly (except for April RM50) can be made payable at the guard house from 1st to 10th every month, from 9 to 11 pm.

After 10th the collection can be make at DS 2-5 (after office hour). Please contact u.fey at, 012-6636799.

Account closing will be held on 25th monthly. So no collection will be made after 25th. Thank you.

Collection

As of 10/06/2008, the total collection (maintenance & card) for three month (April/May/June) are:-

April and May, RM 37,800
June, RM 11,170

There are still 97 uncollected household since April and mostly are not occupied. ***The uncollected list will be out in the next release of the newsletter.


Expenses

As of 10/06/2008, the total expenses are:-

-payment for security guard RM18,446.40 (RM6,148.80 X 3Month)
-setting up autogate RM11,000
-access cards RM 6,300
-general expenses RM 826.10 (receipt, printing, stationary, and etc).


Access Card

Dear residents, for those who have problem with their access cards. Please leave your access card in our suggestion box located at guard house and attach us with the information below:-


-House number
-Contact number
-Name
-Car registration number
-Tag number

And the committee will replace a new one and deliver to your mail box. Thank you. Anything please contact ufey, at 012-6636799


Upcoming Events

Direct line in Guard House
To set up a direct line in guard house to allowed residents to call in incase of any complain or something suspicious happening around your area. The contact number will be posted in the newsletter once done.

Suggestion and Feedback Box
To place a suggestion box at the guard house to bridge the communication between the committee and residents. All are welcome to provide their opinion and feedback to help the committee improve further and moving forward.

Speed Bump and Fencing
To fence up and also to set up 3 speed bumps for each road except for road 5, 6 and 7 having one each. The committee has submitted an application to MPAJ for the fencing and speed bump. Hopefully we can get this done FOC.

Pls clarify :-

1)Access Card RM6.8K? why you put under expenses ?it should be income rite?u not giving it free..it chargable at RM10 each..

2) where's the registration no for AS Elite?may b i missed it sumwhere

3) no more meeting? got money then juz let it be?

4) how to control the visitors? tpuch card is good for ppl using cars,bike.how abt ppl using public transportation, walking etc .

As shown above, profit of RM44,996 in P&L June08. The amount can be use for 6 mths security guards cost in the following month and misc expenses(if any). I hope that the monthly collection reduce to RM20 per house payment for security guard cost as the autogate is recoverable from collections on Apr08.

Thank you for your feedback and very sorry for the late reply.

Next time can you please provide me your house number because
i will not entertain people that are not from Ampang Saujana or do not pay their maintainance promptly.
Also all concern raise will be post in our newsletter because other residents may have the same concern.

QUESTION: Access Card RM6.8K? why you put under expenses? it should be income rite? u not giving it free..it chargable at RM10 each..
ANSWER: No Access card is RM6.3k. It's place under expenses because it's a cost of puchasing cards. No it's not under income.

ANSWER: I'm not in the position to answer you. Just hand on and be patient.

ANSWER: Why need a meeting is there anything important? If you need to anything you can refer to our newsletter or website.
I don't understand what do you mean by "got money then juz let it be?" Do you mean the commitee is not doing anything?

ANSWER: Good question. Why need to control visitors, visitors such as relative and friends are most welcome.
All visitors are only need to register themself at the security guard to enter our area, we do not control them from entering.

For those who are walking, please be considerate, how you want our guard to recognise our residents by face (those who walk to take public transport)?
If you really want to control whose who are walking, i would suggest all the residents to wear a badge
while entering our area but i will not implement this because it's not workable.

Please take note, money is a very sensitive issues especially the money from the residents.
And please don't jump into conclusion and make your own assumption and coming out with your own set of account.
Can i know where you got the information below:-
- Collection including cards?
- Access cards is under expenses?
- why 3 month security guard is only 8,447 where is my 10k?
- why you change the autogate expenses to RM 6k? where you got the information from?
- how you got the balance of RM 44,996 profit?

Please double check your figure next time because this is critical and will have great impact to the commitee.

ANSWER: No, currently the commitee has no plan to reduce to the maintainance yet because we have up coming project.
The project is for the playgound fencing for Road 3A, 5 and 6. Please refer to the next release of newsletter.

ANSWER: Very sorry for the late reply, On behalf of the commitee, please accept my appology. I cannot guarantee that i will response on time but i will make sure i will personally check and reply at least once a month.Hahaha, if you want to pay us salary sure we can run FASTER, but that will be very costly :P hehehe

ANSWER: Very sorry again. i really do not aware until one of the commitee member sms me about your feedback. Next time i will check more often. I don't undertand why you say such word "dun blame the resident if they did not pay the monthly fees". I will take this as a sign to show dissatisfaction from you. I hope you can calm down yourself.

For this answer, i'm not answering on behalf of the commitee, please take this as my own comment.
Let me ask you a few question:-
1. What make you think that i will lose if you don't pay the monthly fees?
2. Thruly speaking, all the effort put in and work we have done are for the benefit of the residents. We don't earn anything but in return all expenses inccur for the commitee (such as petrol, stationary, parking, printing or even summon) are on our own.
